This service includes : - Travelling - Diagnose your software problem
- Service charge for troubleshooting with accountability for results.
- Installation or re-installing and configuring your software if necessary.
. Deadlines : Visiting sites within 48 hours upon the first call.
Procedure:
Our technician comes to your place and upon arrival he meets you to identify
software problems in your computer. He then proceeds to the first diagnosis to
determine the cause of your problem.
He installs or reinstalls and / or configures the
operating system and software, if necessary. You then take the computer in
hand and you make sure the problems previously identified, although all have
been resolved by our technician.
If it's a software problem (internet connection, installing software,
connecting a printer, virus, trojan, etc ...) the problem will be solved
within a maximum of 2 hours.
If this is a hardware failure, requiring such a replacement (power supply,
hard disk etc ...) the technician will propose removing the CPU to perform the
repair in the workshop. An estimate will be submitted prior to any repair.
After repair, we will set up your computer at your place, all within a maximum
period of 96 hours. To ensure a lasting repair, the technician proceeds to
create a restore point for your system (Windows XP only). You'll be able to
return to a stable configuration after a computer crash due to a bad
installation of software or devices.
